Cheryl A. Johnson, RN, Director of Nursing

Jackie Swabb, LSW, Director of Resident Services
Jackie is responsible for assisting residents and families with emotional and spiritual needs as well as conflict resolution.

Julie Young, Director of Business
Julie can assist you with any billing or insurance issues or questions.

Cyndi Fritz, Director of Staff Development
Cyndi is primarily responsible for all the new hires in the nursing department. She also does orientations and education. Cyndi has the additional responsibility of taking care of paperwork upon admission.

Darlene Gragg, Director of Activities
Darlene plans all in-house and off-site activities. She would be more than happy to answer any questions or take suggestions for activities and off-site trips.

Rick Baker , Director of Maintenance
Rick is responsible for all maintenance issues in the building. If you have any concerns in this area they should be addressed to Rick.

Deb Maier, Kitchen Manager
Deb is responsible for the planning and preparation of meals and snacks. Any special requests or concerns regarding food should be addressed to her.

Janet Lockwood, Director of Environmental Services
Janet is responsible for all housekeeping & laundry. Concerns or comments in these areas should be addressed with Janet.

Cathy Burch, RN, Restorative Nursing
Cathy supervises the restorative nursing program. She can also assist you regarding walking programs and assistive or safety devices.

Missy Mills, RN, Unit Manager
Missy is responsible for all aspects of nursing care and activities at Covington Care.

Kathy Huffman, Dietary Clinical Director
Kathy is responsible for diets, weight management, menu oversight, and is the Department Head.

Pam Martin, Activity Director of Freedom Court
Pam coordinates special programming for Residents impacted by Alzheimer/Dementia.
